We have taken the difficult decision that due to rising cost we have had to increase our charges.We have also decided that we will only allow 4 guest at the house although it sleeps 6. Our weekly charge is now £1,600 per week and this includes the cleaning of the house when you depart and taxes. If you would like the pool heated during your stay this will be an additional 50 euros per week. If you require a clean during your stay that will be an extra £170.00
My cancellation policy is as follows.
75+ days a full refund less admin costs of £50.00
75 days - 75% of total cost, 29-56 days -50% of total cost,
16-28 days - 25% of total cost, 1-14 days -10% of total cost, 0 days no refund
